Good morning friends! Today in our space we want to provide some great ideas for flammable storage cabinet . It is always dangerous due to the risk of fire and the accumulation of vapors inside the cabinet. That is why the proper storage of these materials requires the use of a specially designed flammable cabinet. These cabinets have ports that allow pre-installed ventilation. One port provides fresh air from the outside, while the other port removes any smoke from the cabin. Connecting the vents only requires that they slide into place and extend them through an exterior wall. Place the flammable storage cabinet in the final place.
Moving it after connecting the exhaust duct is not possible. Locate the two circular ventilation holes on the sides of the box, one for an air intake and the other for the smoke exhaust. Disconnect the exhaust gas plug and insert the flame arrestor supplied with the flammable storage cabinet. Measure the diameter of the exhaust opening and buy rigid metal conduit in the same diameter. Measure the distance from the exhaust opening in the cabinet to the nearest outside wall and cut a piece of duct to the same length using tin snips. Do not exceed 25 feet in length, in the conduit.
Install a bit of hole saw in a drill that is the same diameter as the duct. Place the bit against the wall and cut an opening in it. Walk outside the house and cut that side of the hole with a reciprocating saw or drill saw. If the material is masonry use a hammer and a chisel. Insert the metal conduit through the hole in the wall and into the opening of the flammable storage cabinet box. By pushing the conduit of the rubber seal of the box closes around it to seal it.
